What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient art of Natural Healing rediscovered in Japan over one hundred years ago. The word Reiki means in Japanese ‘Universal life energy’. Because everything is made of energy and this life force energy flows all around us. During the healing session the Reiki practioner accesses it, and it enchances the body’s natural healing ability to clear your mind, remove energy blokckages, rejuvenate the body and calm the soul.

How to receive Reiki?
Reiki can be given as a hands-on healing or distant healing. It depends how you prefer to receive it.
Distant Reiki
Everything is energy, and energy is not bound by time or space. Reiki practitioners do not need to touch a client to connect with them physically, and energy can be channelled to anyone, anywhere. Reiki healers can connect with their clients through intention, sacred symbols, and Reiki energy itself. Distant Reiki works the same as Reiki In-Person. Clients may still feel the same heat, tingles, pulses of energy, and other sensations.
What you need to know
Reiki is not used to cure any diseases or illnesess.
Reiki has no connection with religion, cult, dogma or special belief system.
Reiki does not involve massage or hypnosis.
Reiki is non-intrusive & the energy will pass through clothing, bandages, braces & plaster casts.
